Quick Overview

We are excited to offer our customers the first opportunity to own the 2017 First Strike Burnished Silver Eagle. Silver Eagles are one of the finest silver coins minted by the United States.

The Burnished American Silver Eagle was first introduced in 2006, with a brand new finish to the coin. Burnished Silver Eagles are minted specifically for collectors and have a unique matte finish. Each coin is 1 troy oz. of 99.9% silver and bears a “W” mint mark designating that it was struck at the West Point Mint.

The obverse of the coin features Adolph A. Weinman’s figure of Lady of Liberty, wrapped in folds of the flag. The reverse of the coin features a heraldic eagle with a shield in front, an olive branch in the right talon and arrows in the left.

This is a limited edition of only 2,498 designated as First Strike and in the perfect grade of SP70 certified by ANACS, the original grading service.
